System Requirements

The system requirements for Tournament Director for Windows are:

  • Windows XP, 2000, NT, Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8
  • 7MB of Hard Disk space, plus space for your databases
  • Internet Explorer 6 or later

 

The recommended system requirements for Tournament Director for Windows are:

  • Windows 7
  • 10MB of Hard Disk space, plus space for your databases
  • Internet Explorer or other Internet browser (up to date release)

 

Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 7 and Windows 8

  • You must be set up as an Administrator to install and use Tournament Director for Windows.

 

Windows 95, 98 and ME

  • Microsoft no longer support these operating systems. Computers continue to use them, but the Microsoft world moves on. Recent changes to some of the Microsoft technology used by Tournament Director for Windows are not compatible with these versions of Windows. This means it is no longer possible to install Tournament Director for Windows on these older operating systems.

Results Service

The Tournament Results Service allows you to publish tournaments results directly to the internet. The Results Service automatically creates web pages for each round and a final cross table. Anyone is welcome to submit their tournament to the results service for free!
