I am based in England and have been involved in junior chess for more than a decade. Tournament Director for Windows was initially developed based on the English Chess Federations rules and regulations. It has been expanded to support FIDE Rating and is currently being extended to support FIDE Pairing rules. Listed below are the links to the home nations.

Unfortunately my language skills are very limited, and so Tournament Director for Windows is only available in English.

Results Service
The Tournament Results Service allows you to publish tournaments results directly to the internet. The Results Service automatically creates web pages for each round and a final cross table. Anyone is welcome to submit their tournament to the results service for free!
