Professional Package

The Professional package offers all the functionality of Tournament Director for Windows.

Load ECF Grading and FIDE Rating list.
Maintain a local list of players
Tournaments can be set up and run
Automatic Swiss and Berger pairings
Full reporting, including pairing cards, pairing sheets, results slips and cross tables.
Production of ECF Grading submission files
Submission of results to the Internet Results Service

The Professional Package allows the use of Tournament Director for Windows on a single machine.

Professional package does not allow the use of the Master/Slave machine setup.

Coordinator Package

The Coordinator package offers all the functionality of the Professional package plus the use of the Master/Slave functionality.

This allows Tournament Director for Windows to be installed on a single master machine and as many slave machines as required. Tournaments can then be created on the master machine and exported to the relevant slave machines for the duration of the tournament. On completion of the tournament all data can then be transferred back to the master machine.

Multi user licences

Multi user licences are available for clubs, counties, and other organisations. The multi user licences offer a considerable saving on the single user licences.

The cost for 5 Professional licences is £150

The Tournament Results Service allows you to publish tournaments results directly to the internet. The Results Service automatically creates web pages for each round and a final cross table. Anyone is welcome to submit their tournament to the results service for free!
