How To Load a ECF Grading List as published to ECF Grading Officers

The Process

1. Select the Master->Load Grading/Rating List menu option
2. On the Load Master details dialogue:
   • Select 'ECF Grading List' from the List dropdown box
   • Select 'ECF Database (*.dbf)' from the Format dropdown list
   • Click '...' to browse for the ECF Grading file to be loaded (it should be named ml??????.dbf)
   • Click on the Load button
3. The ECF Grading List will now be loaded
4. After the ECF Grading list has loaded, the 'ECF' tick box at the bottom of the player list will be enabled to allow you to view players from the ECF Grading List
