The Contact list dialogue allows you to select a contact as a Controller, Results Officer or Treasurer for a Tournament. If required, a new contact can be created, or an existing contact can be updated. If a Contact has been selected for the Tournament as a Controller, Results Officer or Treasurer, but is no longer required, it can be cleared.
The Contact List displays a list of all contacts held on the system. To select a contact as the Controller, Results Officer or Treasurer for the tournament, select the required contact from the list and click on OK.
The New button displays a blank Contact details dialogue so that the details of the new contact can be entered.
The Update button displays the selected contact in the Contact details dialogue so that the details can be updated as required.
The Clear button will remove the Contact from the tournament for the role (e.g. Controller, Results Officer or Treasurer).
The Tournament Results Service allows you to publish tournaments results directly to the internet. The Results Service automatically creates web pages for each round and a final cross table. Anyone is welcome to submit their tournament to the results service for free!
