How To publish a tournament to your web pages using the Results Service

  1. Publish the results to the internet Results Service
     
  2. Make a note of the web address of your tournament on the internet Results Service
    (eg Wilts & West of England 2011: Major has a web link of ‘http://results.tournamentdirector.co.uk/tournamentview.asp?Service=&Style=&Tournament=D39DD008813045A2876B3BA71073F7B0’)
     
  3. Set up a new web page using the standard template for you web site
     
  4. At the appropriate place on your webpage enter the following code:
    <iframe name="I2" src="xxxxxxxxxx">
    Your browser does not support inline frame. <a href="xxxxxxxxxx">Click here to view the tournament results</a>
    </iframe>
    where: xxxxxxxxx is ‘http://results.tournamentdirector.co.uk/tournamentview.asp?Service=wwoe&Style=Local&Tournament=DEF6EDA07DF7462D9A8EAF6D14045AE4’
     
  5. Then publish the page to your web site
     
  6. As an example I have created a page for the Wilts & West of Engalnd 2011: Major using the standard template for this web site
     
  7. If you would like to link to the results for the round replace xxxx with
    ‘http://results.tournamentdirector.co.uk/tournamentview.asp?Service=&Style=Local&Tournament=D39DD008813045A2876B3BA71073F7B0&Round=5’
